Black Urad dal, Dry Ginger, Black Pepper and Cardamom

How to Prepare ?
✓ Take 2 tbspn of the Urad dal Kanji / porridge powder in a clean pan
✓ Add 250ml of water and mix well to remove lumps
✓ Cook on a medium flame for 10 mins. Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
✓ Add Palm Jaggery/ Jaggery / Dates powder to sweeten and mix well
✓ Add Coconut Milk / Milk and stir for 2 mins
✓ Serve Hot!!!
Note: Add salt / Palm Jaggery/Palm sugar, Ghee if required.
Storage Instructions:
Since we don’t use any chemicals and use Organic ingredients, please transfer the contents to a clean, dry container and use a clean, dry spoon to prevent insect infestation.
